The Salmon Arts Council has a history of astonishing our patrons with nationally known artists like the Charles Walker Blues Band, the Portland Taiko Drummers and Chicago's edgy Second City comedians. Our Arts Academy program brings a variety of workshops to our youth and community focused on all mediums from silk dying and watercolor to cowboy poetry and music jams. We scout out eclectic musicians and edgy comedians. We showcase extremely talented local photographers, painters, and sculptors through our annual art shows and art auction.

We believe there is music to match Salmon's panoramic mountains; poetry and images as pure as our crystal clear rivers. We invite you to dance and dream with us at the Salmon Arts Council.

The Salmon Arts Council, Inc. is Salmon, Idaho’s premier non-profit arts education and entertainment organization celebrating 33 years of community service in 2011! We’re created by and for you. Thanks to our members, volunteers, and our community of businesses, neighbors, and friends that enable us to provide these vital arts for everyone.
